NEIGHBORS
Our relation with our neighbors is our #1 priority.  This implies: 
** No noise or loitering crowds on the public streets around our venue.
** If you are in the parking lot or at your car you are either coming or departing the venue.   
** Outdoor photo and video only by permission.  
** Absolutely no activities outside after dark.  

GUNS
Absolutely NO GUNS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF OUR FACILITY for any reason and any deviation from this will result in shutting down of the event.   The only exception to this is licensed and marked security personnel.  

ALCOHOL
Alcohol by permission only.  If given persmission to use alcohol, alcohol must be used in moderation.  Drunk guests or crew will be grounds for shutting down an event.  

SMOKING
Smoking is permitted by permission in the Flex Garage only .

COOKING and FOOD
Catered food is permitted by request.  On-site cooking by permission; no deep frying.

TABLES AND CHAIRS
Request use of tables and chairs ahead of time and return tables and chairs to where you found them.

A/V SYSTEM  - Please treat our equipement with respect; it is high quality and provides excellent sound coverage.  

OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.  This amount will be deducted from your security deposit. 

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.

Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit.
