Theatre Rental
Andy Arts offers limited rental bookings in our theatre. These packages include use of the theatre, lounge and dance studio. Use of the open warehouse ("Flex Garage") is additional. Please review our space pages for further details on the facility.

41-140 ppl: $750
141-200 ppl: $1100
201-250 ppl: $1450
12 hour package
0-40 people: $800
41-140 people: $1100
141-200: $1500
201-250: $1750
*Security deposit of $300
Add ons:
Lighting designer: $40/hr 3 hr minimum
Audio tech: $40/hr 3 hr minimum
Capacity for seated theatre shows is 135.

Additional notes:
Andy Arts reserves the right to operate drink concessions during all events.
These rates are oriented to the needs of artists and small companies. Relevant corporate, university, large non-profit or celebrity events may have upcharges!

FAQ?
Can I sell alcohol at my event?
No, Andy Arts does not allow the sale of alcohol.
What if I have more than 135 people for my theatre show?
You need to cap your sales at 135.
Can I move the riser system to change the space?
Yes for events where this is a critical componant such as a larger concert o this is done by andy Art staff. The cost for this is $350, or $200 if you provide 2 or more volunteers to assist the staff at the beginning and end of your event.
Can I sell my merch?
Yes with permission.
Can I serve or sell food?
You can serve food catered food with permission. No on-site frying is permitted.
