12 hours: $1200 base price

House staff person to oversee event
Use of all a/v equipment, tables and chairs

Capacity:

135 people for seated theatre shows

200 people for other events

Add ons:
Lighting designer: $200
Audio tech: $175
Security: begins at $200
 

Events above 135 people will be charged $200 security fee

Andy Arts reserves the right to operate concessions during all events.

Relevant corporate or university events will have upcharges.

Theatre a/v equipment includes:
high quality audio system, tops and subs
optional wireless microphones (2)
12 channel stage snake
basic theatre lighting system
basic lighting programmable board
