Andy Arts seeks team member work in one or more of the following skill areas: events management, planning, curation, outreach, systems analysis and development and design.  Position parameters, goals, and title will be defined in collaboration with team member in relation to experience, and interest.   

Candidates should have a passion for artist run spaces and in the particular  history and space which is Andy Arts.  They should also possess curiosity and expertise to help Andy Arts evolve, change, develop and thrive.  This could take the form of event and program planning, branding, outreach, and design projects.  Team member will work both with and independently from Andy Arts’ codirectors.  

Competitive candidates will be self-directed communicators who have demostrated successes in relevant skill areas.   

Payment will be hourly based on scope of position and projects which will be defined by the candidate and Andy Arts' directors.  At the outset this is a 1099 contracted position.
