Guide for Self Entry and Pro Bono Users

Entrance

Reservation, Cancellation, Arrival

Space must be requested by text or email and approved
- In request please specify the number of people and the reason for your use
You must be the first one to arrive and the last to leave the space
In and out times must be those requested
Cancellation must be done one week in advance
Andy reserves the right to cancel or move your use up to 48 hours before.

Take Care of our spaces please!

Leave the space exactly as you found it
Leave the space as clean or cleaner than you found it
Return all chairs and tables to the exactly place and order you found them
Remove personal belongings at the end of your use; or, permission must be given to leave any item
Do not use any object that will scratch or puncture the marley floor or wood floors
Turn off heat/ac when you leave - failure to do so will result in a $20 fee
Never prop doors open
Take all food trash with you or bring to dumpster on Alden Street
Follow power up and power down procedure for PA system
Show respect for the bathrooms by keeping them clean.
No candles, incense, or open flames of any kind without explicit permission
No use of glitter
Andy reserves the right to enter during any event.
Any changes or use of the lighting system must be requested

NOTE: WE NO LONGER PROVIDE AN IPHONE ADAPTOR FOR THE SOUND SYSTEM. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN.

NEIGHBORS

Respect for our neighbors is critical.

Absolutely no activities take place outside without ANDY’S explicit permission and no activities may take outside place after dark.
Do not park in front of the first house after Andy’s building on Parkside St
